For diagnostic-based services, including the Executive Diagnostic, services are limited to assessment, review, and strategic recommendations only.

These services do not include:

Bookkeeping or data entry

Financial report preparation or reconstruction

Tax filings or calculation of balances owed

QuickBooks setup, correction, or system implementation

Details of what is included and excluded will be clearly stated prior to engagement.


Per Entity Engagement

All services are provided on a per-entity basis.
Each business or legal entity requires a separate engagement due to differences in financial structure, compliance requirements, and reporting.


Payment Terms

Payment is due upon booking or according to a specified payment schedule.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

Due to the nature of diagnostic and advisory services, all payments are non-refundable once the engagement has begun.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information

Submitting all requested documentation and access within 3 business days

Ensuring access to necessary financial systems and accounts

Failure to provide required information may:

Delay service timelines

Limit the scope and accuracy of findings


Business Responsibilities

We perform all services with due diligence and professionalism based on the information provided.

All findings, insights, and recommendations are based on available data at the time of review.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as these depend on factors outside our control.


Timeline & Delivery

Service timelines (including the 7–14 business day diagnostic period) begin only after all required documentation and access have been received.

Delays in submission will result in delays in service delivery.


Communication & Support

Services include only the communication and sessions outlined within the engagement.

Additional consultations, follow-ups, or extended support are not included unless separately scheduled and agreed upon.


Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement under specific conditions, including breach of contract or failure to meet obligations.

Termination terms will be detailed in the service agreement.
